    This is awesome! All of the players have already memorized the music and they are playing without sheet music!
    I think if they open up their airways when they breathe and when stand tall with an open posture, that will help the members be able to balance their sound together.
    Pull the elbows away from the body which will let you breathe and stand tall.
    Arrange the band members in an arc or half-circle so each player has room to hear their own sound compared to the players next to them.
