Superb coordination amongst artists. Especially ghatam Athreya enjoys Mridam Sairam so much understanding between them. As usual Vinay is the best. But no Dikshitar Krithi Especially the theme is celestial bodies. That is disappointing. The program is superb. 😊

Beautiful concert. We should be mindful not to encourage celestial theories from scriptures.
Our understanding is getting better than what we had around the times of Thyagaraja. There is no need of glorifying everything he said , let's appreciate the music but pathartham/small discourse here around celestial bodies can be avoided, in my opinion. We have a brilliant picture of the universe around us, which is better than the Tyagaraja's imaginary universe
