Great to fly with you on a cross-country flight undisturbed by loud music but just the sound of the wind, the vario and the controls, nice and educational
An excellent decision at 6:10 when you realised the core of the thermal was outside your turning circle and reversed the turn. So many pilots try to center without asking themselves this basic question.
I record nearly my own flying for self-criticism, and once in a while i compile a small recording for youtube so others can watch too. Other glider pilots started doing this lately, but a couple years ago there were no gliding videos, and personally i really like watching how others fly and the places that they fly.
That is the audio variometer. The variometer tells you if you are going up or down and it has an audio tone so you don't have to watch the needle all the time while you should be flying.

The higher the 'beepy' sound the faster you are climbing.
The lower the 'droning' sound the faster you are descending.
Danish? Dansk? Sounds that way...
Indeed, it is danish :-)
