Their website makes grading things easy. Most other places that take ewaste just have vague descriptions of what things are called. The pictures really help those of us who don’t know ewaste.
So glad I could help you. I agree, Boardsort's website makes it very easy to grade boards. They're working hard to build transparency into this industry.

Another GREAT video! So far I have only sent what I can fit in flat rate boxes, but my motherboards are getting out of hand. Going to have to jump out of my comfort zone and get bigger boxes and see what the rates are going to be.
I understand. I sell the large socket motherboards to BOARDSORT. They're not too big and priced high enough that it's better than selling to my local yard. Still accumulating server boards.
@@sharkscrapper I think I may ask Chris about LTL shipping. Between the laptops and motherboards, I'm pretty sure I can fill a gaylord box with about 1,500 lbs. But, relying on the kindness of my neighbor for a forklift, I would need it lifted onto my truck to go weigh, then lift it off for storage until shipping, then load it again when the truck arrives to ship to Ohio. 😳😖😥 If he can get cost down to $.50 ish per pound, I may take that route.
Great Video! I hope they can post more information on their website about shipping from Canada. I know they don’t accept cross border shipments, but I’d like to bring a nice big box of stuff across the border ship it from Buffalo. I have no idea what U.S. customs will say if I declare it though.
No worries. And the answer is actually a little more complicated. Yes, the CDROM Board category includes the boards from CDROM read/writers.
