Good to see another vlog from you It's great to see day in the life vlogs because I get so interested in seeing how other people live their lives and how I can learn or incorporate some of their activities into my own. Major props to you for getting up as early as 5 a.m. to jump start your work day. You keep yourself in shape and your mind sharp. We can always be doing something like a side hustle or something to help us improve as people outside of our 9-5. Interesting that you don't take naps during your day. Do you avoid taking naps during the day? For me, I try to when I can but it doesn't work for everyone of course. Looking forward to the next episode of this series Mia!

Thank you for the kind words again!! 🥰 I used to take naps when I first started waking up early, but then sometimes I *accidentally* took too long of a nap… which makes me sleeping even later at night 🥹 At that point, it’s better for me to just not take naps lol. I find it work better for me to replace my nap with a gym session. It helps with my energy level too 😋
