Playmates Toys Godzilla: Rodan (1956) Figure Unboxing & Review | The PopComplex

In this video I unbox and review the Playmates Toys Rodan (1956) 6.5" figure from their Godzilla and Toho Classics Series lines. Rodan made his first appearance in the TOHO Studios 1956 Kaiju film "Rodan". Rodan later made appearances in the Godzilla Kaiju universe including "Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster", "Invasion of Astro-Monster", "Destroy All Monsters", and many more.

Rodan is one of my most beloved monsters and monster movies. It's okay of Playmates to honor the old Bandai figure with that specific paintjob, but the figure itself doesn't do the awesome first Rodans any justice.
