Can it's pain when powder putting inside??

My husband had it and he was in pain. But it wasn't supposed to be painful. He had pneumonia a week later but it does seem to have slowed down the malignant pleural effusion he had for well over a year. Having endless drains was tedious.

But I have a quick question, Is one bottle of PF3 (powder / 3g) enough for one lung?
