When I am too worked up to concentrate or sleep is a distant wish I have audio tapes of humpback whales songs that I listen to for calming & grounding. Works every time. And lastly I have a print of a black jaguar hanging in a bedroom that I have had for 25 plus years. From the first moment I saw the print I felt a connection to it & knew that it was meant to be.
