Al Fadi, J-Smith, David Wood, Sam S. Brother Joseph and others from Acts17 crew, are among the best Christian apologetics today! I've learned a lot from these guys than any other. God Bless.

Every true Christian scholar will tell you that Luke wrote the book of Acts. Even wikipedia and simple Google search also states it. Maybe a Muslim can explain to us why their allah prays? According to 1387. Abu Umama reported that the Messenger of Allah in the Hadith. Because our true God, the God of Abraham, Jacob and Isaac aka the Christian God, does *NOT* pray to anyone or anything. Because there is *NO* other gods before or after Him. So is allah committing shirk?

Keksi - I think you are confusing Acts with Hebrews. There is no doubt that Luke wrote Acts. However, we are not certain who the author of Hebrews was. It could have been Paul, Apollos, or maybe even Priscilla. Most scholars believe it was Paul.

    • @prayingpatriot8018

+Keksi, you also failed to explain to us why your allah prays. If your allah is so great, powerful and all knowing. Why does it need to pray? Perhaps you are unable to understand or comprehend the Hadith verse I noted above?

"By the way Jesus prays to God and you call Jesus a God"---
He prayed to His Father who is in Heaven. Secondly, the Lord Jesus is the Son of God, Son of Man, God-Man in the Flesh who offered himself for us. Evidently, you are confused by what the Bible says.

Three Persons are one God as three dimensions: length, width and depth make, form or constitute only one space, not three spaces; so one God is in Three Persons - as one space exists in three dimensions.
all creation is exact reflection of triune God.

By the way, I have TOTAL respect for the way David and Sam dealt with the prophecy about "this generation". They were neither dogmatic about it, nor pretended to be overly confident that their interpretations were the correct one, but simply indicated that this passsage of scripture was open to multiple interpretations. Well said by both of you!

Something very special happens when the three of you are together, you are all better together than individually by far as the Word says: "Where two or three of you are gathered in My Name, there Am I in the midst". Invert "Am I", the "I Am", YHWH, is present. This is beyond good.

@25:40 Yes, Christians talk of a "triune" God. Did you know the Old Testament mentions it, too?
"Come near and listen to this:
From the first announcement I have not spoken in secret; at the time it happens, I am there.
And now the Sovereign Lord has sent me, endowed with his spirit." (Isaiah 48: 16)
So here we have the Almighty God, speaking through His prophet Isaiah, saying that the Sovereign Lord God sent God, endowed with the spirit of God. How can this be? Easy. In Christian terminology, the Father sent His Son, endowed with the Holy Spirit.
    Blessings, friends.

13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

Jesus came to earth for a purpose, to give Himself as a sacrifice to pay a price for our sins. He also came as an example for us to follow. He stripped Himself of His glory, Kingship, and. yield to the father and He lived as a human while on earth. God became flesh to live among us according to the gospel of John.

    • @farookdinaully8029
      @farookdinaully8029 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Love Yashua
Yes like you say"god became flesh to live among us ACCORDING TO THE GOSPEL OF JOHN."
According to the Gospel of John not according to Jesus himself.
Throughout his life Jesus never said he was God himself, the son of God or God incarnate. He never said he had two distinct natures, divine and human, and two wills or one nature and one will, nor did he ever say he was the incarnate word of God.

    • @loveyashua237
      @loveyashua237 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Farook Dinaully
Your quran was written "according to Uthman," and not even his original writings of uthman is in the current quran and you are telling me that my quote is according to John? Someone told you that alah dictated the quran so it is according to someone who passed it ion to someone and then someone throughout the years. You never saw mohamed receiving this tablets or directly verified this with allah your god, so whether the quran says according to or not, it is according to someone who put it together and narrated it. So you have the same issue that you are questioning me about.
About Jesus Deity: Jesus says, “Father Glorify me as you glorify yourself " (John 17:5). Revelation1:17-18 I AM ALPHA OMEGA the beginning and the end the first and the last …. The ALMIGHY, says Jesus>
Jesus, Who do you say that I am? Peter replied
“You are the messiah, the son of the living God” Jesus replied,
“Blessed are you Simon…for flesh and blood does not reveal this but my
      father in heaven (Matthew 16:16).
Jesus asked; "Do you believe in the Son of God?" The man replied, " who is He that I may believe?" Jesus replied, " It is He who is speaking to you." The man replied, “I believe" and he worshiped him (Jesus).
But I know that this might not surface you because you are
playing a word game. It is like saying after looking at credentials a doctor holds credential, a license, practicing medicine (treating patients), having a
transcript from an accredited medical school and residency, you would say where dose he/she said “I’ am a doctor?’ Should we not believe that this person is a doctor unless he makes that declaration? Really? Most intelligent people can make up their minds after reading the claims that Jesus made thought the gospels and through the book of revelation can conclude that He considers Himself God. He was charged with blasphemy, claiming to be God, which he was tried and sentenced to death for.
*He accepts worship (All over the gospels)
*He demands the same honor that you honor the father (gospel
      of john 5:23)
*He Claims to be the resurrection and the life (gospel of
      ..John 11:25).
*He claims to be the giver of life (Gospel of John 10;10)
*He forgives sin (Luke 7:48 and many other parts in the
      gospel)
*He gives His followers authority to cast out demons, heal
the sick and raise the dead in His name Mathew 10:8, Acts 3:6 and all over the gospels).
*He claims to have all authority in Heaven and earth (Matthew
      28:18-19)
      * He claims to be “I AM the ALhpa and Omega, the beginning
and the end the First and the Last (Revelation 1:11)
*He claims to be the ALMIGHTY (Revelation Revleation1:8 )
*He promised his follower that He would be with them always
      (Matthew 28:19)
*He Claims to have power to lay His Life and take it up
      again (John 10:18)
*He promised to send the Holy spirit the Comforter to live
in us and declares who Jesus is; this
      is why we know Him.
      Answering this
question you asked that has no bearing on TRUTH.
If it weren’t so silly I could apply the same “word game”
that you play, ‘Where in the Quran that Jesus ever say “I am a Virgin Birth the son of Mary?” or where in the quran Jesus say , “I am not God
don’t worship me? “ These are all word games that we could play all day long that are not beneficial to either one of us when applying analytical and critical thinking. The other thing is your book talks about Jesus being the messiah, but failed to understand that the Messiahship has to fit a specific profile/role as stated in my previous email, Like the virgin birth, like His death and resurrection and like His role as a sin offering for the world, a begotten son called Emanuel meaning GOD with us, His name shall be called…wonderful counselor, Mighty God… Over 300 Messianic prophecies that were written in the Old Testament that Messiah has to fulfill and Jesus fulfilled most of them minus a few that will be done in the messianic age when He returns. The probability of a mere man fulfilling even 8th of them would be next to impossible. Look, this is a common question that you are told by your Muslim leaders to ask Christians to defend so you can lock them into this silly word game by posing that question and expect Jesus to spew the exact statement that you posed ignoring everything else that he said and did. However, I need to tell you remember that what you believe is going to determine your eternal destination and none of these scholars/leaders can help you then. It is between you and God and this is a serious matter, not a game of who can debate the other. The one thing I can tell you is that the knowledge of who Jesus is can be reveal to you today, you don’t have to take my words for it, you have the option to go to Him and ask him that. Or you can ask God your creator to reveal the truth to you. Please take into consideration that you could have been lied to. Jesus is real and you can know the truth, He is waiting to reveal His Majesty to you and his Divinity as well to you. Once you encounter Him you will know the truth.

Daniel 7:13,14 is paralleled to Matthew 25:31 at the second coming not at the ascension. It is the throne of His glory but at the ascension He goes to the Father’s throne which is the throne of grace (Revelation 12:5; Hebrews 4:14-16). There are two thrones, not just one (Revelation 3:21). Daniel 7 is talking about His glorious throne and kingdom which He receive after the the pre-second advent judgement (Dan 7:9,10).

Morewecanthink We Christians are in here for the tribulation. Tribulation is what the world does to us. And we will be here during the persecution. But we won‘t be here when God pours his wrath on the world. I‘d suggest you to carefully look into this subsject because nowhere does the bible teach us about pre-trib rapture.

"We made the house a resort and a sanctuary for people, saying, 'Take the spot where Abraham stood as your place of prayer.' We commanded Abraham and Ishmael: 'Purify my house for those who walk around it, those who stay there, and those who bow and prostrate themselves in worship' and so on. Surah 2:125.
Then in 2:129 "Our Lord, make a messenger of their own rise up from among them, to recite your revelations to them, teach them the scripture and wisdom, and purify them: You are the mighty, the Wise"
There we have it, it has nothing to do with Abraham or Ishmael - it is all to do with Mohammad "a messenger of their own rise up from among them". These verses are just a build up for the supposed "promise" of Mohammad to come.

It seems to me like whenever Muslims and anyone asks Christians to read Bible verses in context, Christians then go and read the whole chapter that the verse in question is a part of. It’s great isn’t it.
