They were best friends . In one of his vids they were talking about depression I've lost many friends from suicide and hope David didn't do this . I say that because we were in constant contact for a few years before he went silent

My cat of 20 years, Gracie, loved Seahues videos (Party at the Snow Hole was her fav) but sadly I discovered them for her about a year before she started losing her sight. She died in 2018. I recently came back here to play some for my new cat but he doesn't seem interested at all. Cats can be so contrary! But! My roommate has several cats and one of them just goes crazy for these videos. She goes after little animals when they go off the screen! It's hilarious! I did notice when I came here about a year ago that there no new posts. Whatever is going on I hope the world is treating you right Seahue.
Cute bird! The furry guy was fun to, but couldn't tell if that was a chipmunk... didn't look like one. Neat to see a night feeding. Have a good weekend!

Awesome footage. That catbird is quite little tyrant isn't he? But so adorable in his cheekiness and audacity. Just got to part with flying squirrel! amazing, the part around my house doesn't have enough trees for flying squirrels, we just got our first red squirrel in the backyard however!
I am happy to hear you have red squirrel! It was my first sighting of a red squirrel that lead me to buying my first digital camera and joining youtube...It was the red squirrel that also got me into birds and all other wildlife:) Sadly their numbers have dwindled recently at the seahue...Last year was a lowpoint.....this year looks to be looking up. I recently have been getting regular visits from two of them:)
That's wonderful that they got you into youtube, I was surprised to see them because in Massachusetts, they are usually on the cape and further out like I think around Bedford, I don't know how this one got here, I hope he stays and some more of them come to my backyard! (now that I think about it they do come to one place around this part of MA, it this one nature sanctuary that isn't too far from my house, he probably came from there, I would have thought the woodland near my house, but I have never seen them over there)
Also, I think the reason the red squirrel came out this far, is because we are having a bit of a drought here, I also saw a rat out during the day looking for food, so I think they're all desperate, the birds were swarming the feeder like it was winter so the drought must be making food more scarce.
Seahue is still one of my favorite channels on here. Such unique content. Orange Sparkle House series is my favorite. I check the comments every now and then to see if anyone has any information as to what happened to him.. Doesn't look good. :(

He opened a new social platform and only had a few posts and then he vanished . We were emailing him with videos and were planning some zany stuff with his squirell and our cats. We sure miss him and its sure made youtube a sad place to be without Seahue. 🌹we watch his playlist for cats everyday. Maybe David moved on... I started an Instagram account dedicated to a certain dog breed, had thousands of followers, and the one day I just stopped posting because I couldn’t force myself to keep doing something that I don’t have any interest in doing anymore. Maybe David this channel isn’t a part of who he is anymore. People change.
Lextasy unfortunately we were pals and emailed lots and were right in the middle of a project. He needed disappearing cat videos so we made a bunch and were to send more..then poof...never to hear from again. He was good enough a friend to help us with many things in youtube land. He would have told us what his plans were ...he was on the road driving lots..he talked about depression . We are losing interest in google too But we do post unique content on occasion ..for our loyal fans since 2014. Views, subs, likes, followers ,etc can be bought. Look at all the apps. Cheers 🍻
i heard that they sing like mockingbirds when the moon is out, but this one sounds like a rusty gate. It's still cool, i'm just surprised by the lack of melody since they're alleged to mimic and have a nice song when they want to. I'm in the Hudson valley and i like to sit out on moonlit nights; have done that for over 30 yrs; how is it that i never hear any birds except for owls ? I'm pretty disappointed. Want this to happen for me.

They have very pretty songs in the Spring. I have never heard about when the moon is out.
