Watching this a few days after the debate. For one, CNN did not softball questions to Biden as much as I thought they would, and secondly having the split screen (where we could see Biden while Trump was talking) did not help Biden at all. I am sure if the Biden camp thought they needed her help, they would have reached out to HRC during the week or so that Biden was supposedly prepping for the debate.
