Dugo, you do an excellent job of explaining what you are doing and why. We know where Chet gets ability to do likewise. Doug, you really do an excellent job and add so much to the videos.
Sure like listening to Dougo explaining your struggle bus issues and how the corn is moved around the bins. Chet explaining the issues Larson Farms is facing after last springs to much rain problems.
way too much head loss here in Southern Cook Co south of Chicago, not sure what 1000s of geese looks like but man the whole field and when they take off lookout
Thanks for another great video Dougo and Chet. It was interesting and enjoyable. Dougo thanks for explaining the dryer and bin operation. Found it most interesting. Lots of factors you need to know to set the dryer and all that. Plus you must know how the corn gets to the right bin and what to turn off or on. Lots to know and remember. Thanks again Dougo for explaining it all to us. Wow. Busy time for all of you. Getting towards the end of harvest it looks like. Nice to put equipment in for the night. All for now. You all take care and be safe. Looking forward to the next video. Thanks for everything. The Iowa farm boy Boy they got you busy Dougo. From dryer to grain cart to hauling fertilizer. You are a busy busy person. Wow. Hang in there. I find your bin and dryer operation most interesting. Lots that interfaces with this and that. Wow.
Doug you do an awesome job. The reason I watch is because I know nothing about farming so it interests me. You do a great job explaining. Keep up the great work.
Always nice to get to hear Doug talk about Dust, I thought it was just House, Dog, & Shop dust but he gets just as happy about the site of Field & Combine Dust. Glad I didn’t miss Doug.
Dougo I hope you can keep that dryer going. I was laughing pretty good when you were explaining how to keep dust off your tractor."ease back on the throttle and he'll slow down". Classic
a great video. This shows the many variants of a given day for harvest. Dryer issues, grain cart issues and combining. very good to have several members contributing. love it.
The first day back running the grain cart your new guy did very well. Judging speeds and distances always takes some practice - even when returning after a few harvests being away. Unloading from the combine to the grain cart while moving sure does save time getting things done.
My first video of LF was when you wer combining and it was a wet fall. Don't remember exactly but either a cart was stuck and you wer off loading into another one or the combine was so stuck the auger barley cleared the cart to unload the combine . Might have been a totally different situation but I do remember laughing and saying to myself that I gotta keep watching this crazy kid and see what he f u next. Gotta say tho that that first video I saw was the only time I falsely had confidence in Chet. You have proven time and again that my first time watching you was a sign that I had to follow you and constantly be impressed with LF and your work ethic and knowledge of agriculture. So very glad you popped up in my suggested, and I haven't missed one cince 🇺🇲☝️
Chet Dougo Eric Broodie great explanations great harvest you guys are so good and the drivers are just keeping up with you that is a fantastic harvest and no mud just smooth sailing Dougo got that dryer down to his needs.
If you got critters down in those tile lines and you wanna get them out so they don’t expire and create a blockage take a one by one or even a 2 x 2 and just stick it down at an angle to the tile and they come back and start looking up they’ll climb right up that piece of wood and get out
Hi Boys another great vid. I have much respect for your mum and Dad the way he explains everything he would have made a good teacher and mum for feeding you all I'm sure she does other things as well, and you Boys seem to make light of all the work some hard some not so hard that you do throughout the year think it's going to be a Awsome 2023 know what I mean
My Family is all Calif San Joaquin Valley Alfalfa and Tomato growers. It's really interesting to see who crops are grown and harvested with different equipment and procedures. I learn an awful lot every time I watch one of your video's Thank you very much.
Dougo, I believe that's just one of many reason's why across the big pond, Europeans use super singles. This might be something to consider on that combine Brody is running. Great video as always, cheers :)
Great video. When it’s wet you just get it done any way you can and don’t worry about efficiencies, that’s why you hear no complaints from the harvest crew.
It's like the oldtimers n my dad says "If not broke dont fix it!! I always asked still do,wat if you know its gunna break n break worse! Kinda like falling asleep making a Turkey! Lol!! Or try n save a chicken from a coon!! Nomatter, without a gun unless you grizzle Adam's you gunna loose.!! Lol! Love youall Duggo from Ohio

Winter is Nye. That’s Y’all for making the Fall Videos. Really miss the Harvest !! H.
The Versatile pull-type combine had the unloading auger in the middle that swung either way.
Had a flashback of Goose hunting at 4:00, had me subconsciously reaching for my shotgun while relaxing in my Barca-Lounger down here in the den!

LOL on the cart driving tricks! I make him match my speed!
I can understand Dougo when I'm tired because his exhausted state of mind matches mine. But when I'm well rested, I have no idea where he's at.

I call it a senior moment when the word is in the brain but it doesn’t want to come out of the mouth.
Start the dry at 120 when it gets there take it to 160 then 180..
It take to long to get to 180 and the dry want to shutdown
