If you don’t have a small and big sharpie or any sharpie like in my area there are no sharpies you can take any black marker and use it as a big sharpie and use any black pen ( not ink pen ) for the smaller sharpie! Hope this helps❤
U can just use a pen or even a black colour pencil, the tip for bright colours is that u can wet the colour pencils which will make a water colourish effect.
