You Tube is just a platform to give wings to your creativity or content that you want to share. You can't just simply rely on it for income purpose. You tube earnings have gone down as they have lowered down the rates in India where every household has a vlogger. If your content is getting constant views that's over five lakh views per video then you are making around 100 dollars per video that's about 8300 or so. If you have sponsorship then balle balle but in dry subject it's more of hard work than returns. Better to have some business or job and then you can do you tube as a hobby.

@@OTAEXPERT people watch advts coming in our videos and they assume vloggers earnings without substracting petrol, labour and other expenses we make on creating a video. If you analyse monthly then you find you are just earning peanuts

I am an IT person, and honestly speaking, I was also thinking about making money through TH-cam as a weekend travel vlogger, but thankfully I encountered this video, it was eye-opening.
