I would disagree, if it wasn't for how there were such clear indications of wilful ignorance at best on his end. How does creepshow art factor in with the screenshots of people's comments that supposedly proof their guilt, except taking the time to read ends up proofing the opposite?

Ima say what I said before: Harley should never have involved themself in this whole issue around Luke, even now that the apology is out Harley is way too young to actually think about what is going on here. They did good work on other topics, even ones that didnt have to do with Luke directly, but their focus lies on far different things than what is neccesary for such topics. For instance: Luke screwed with Harley, tried to activly nuke their reputation using the usual tactics, was nothing but a liar towards them and acted like he could be trusted. Tbh it's been years since I looked into harly, though at the time he came across to me as being naive and easily misled, going off of sentiments moreso than reasoning. What's funny is that the Harsh Opinions video wasn't even bad as they say. She called out something I was also seeing in those Tobi videos and I can't believe everyone just picked her apart about the can of worms comment without talking about her points. (As a black person I took it as an "I don't want to talk about this/race because it had nothing to do with the drama.) They were very aggressive and always made sure to say that two small black creators were being attacked *rolls eyes*, thanks Thumin. So it's okay for small creators to call out/critique people but when others do the same to them it's not? That's some messed up logic there, don't do call-out videos if you can't handle the backlash from the other side. No one shouldn't have received harassment during and after that drama tho.

Casually watching your videos since a lot of your videos caught my interest, and the moment you mentioned you have autism all I could think was “Welcome to the club” also I feel you on people using racism and other things to counter subjects yet people who use disabilities aren’t allowed to do that. I tend to be emotional one of the reasons is because of my autism but I’m not gonna constantly use it as an excuse let alone throughout a lot of the issues I had in friend groups I slowly grow and mature.

Wow. In the words of The Emperor of Mankind “The Pain Never Ends”. As I said on Cecil Mcfly’s 4hr vid on the history of the Drama in the community, I came to this community for Art and instead I found Blood and Carnage. Seriously there are so many Burns that all the hospitals in the World don’t have enough Ointment to relieve the agony. And I came into this during the Whole Pentagrin and Stories tomfoolery, which Was absolutely deplorable. And sadly it didn’t end there, but continued to spiral into insanity.

Yeah honestly the fact that people can use their age, race, gender, sexuality, etc to excuse and justify things while things like autism and BPD and other mental disorders that legitimately effect how a person thinks and perceives things get shoved to the side as "just excuses" is kind of....silly at best and actively hateful at worst. Things like autism and BPD can and do effect how people with them react to things. It's not an excuse, it's reality. Also love how Luke gets to decide what is or is not because of BPD. It is also weird that he thinks Kai and Omnia apologizing for them jumping to attack someone that wasn't even talking about them stops being a concerning thing because they apologized. Apologizing is good but the fact that that is how treat not even criticism but the possibility of criticism should still be something to be wary of. Especially considering how both of them are found to be like later. Also the fact that it kind of looks like there was some kind of group set up to go after people for the sake of drama is kind of nutty.

If I had to be honest, the reason I think the reason you didn’t get canceled like Toby and Peaches is because you and Peaches had friends and fans that were small that didn’t take any of their crap. I did feel Luke’s video about you might’ve gotten some info from Thumin. I’m certain now that these people were just as bad as the Ranting Community that did you dirty, probably worse.
Ever since I stopped watching Optimus I've just been consistently skeptical with commentary channels who upload frequently. I believe Luke's the channel I gave up on before Optimus, though I can't quite remember. Either way, while I do hope the best for him, as I do with everyone, it's clear to me that social media is one of the last things to be part of the best for him.

This is completely irrelevant but oh my god, him saying "BPD" as "BDP" is annoying as heck. Really just shows how little effort they put into actually making these videos. Also, while I'm at, it, BPD is more of an excuse for shitty behavior than a lot of mental illnesses. It's a pervasive personality disorder that colors all social interactions. Stuff like running hot and cold, getting prickly at being called out, that's kind of part of the package? Honestly I hate people who say "Your disability isn't an excuse for (literal symptom of disability)" it's like saying "That wheelchair is no reason you can't get up those stairs!" I can't tell you how many times my disabilities and personal situation has lead me to saying or doing things I truly regret. I've learned from those things, and do my best not to repeat them, but that doesn't mean things won't happen because my brain literally doesn't function like normal. I just... arrrrghhhh. Luke really sounds like someone who'll look for any reason to insult someone he doesn't like, and deliberately ignore any counterpoint.
Luke’s apology wasn’t perfect. He could’ve done more but I respect what he did do. Even tho he didn’t recap every detail he still admitted his wrong doing, and that his actions and response to things convinced him that he’s done with drama and his channel. Again he could have done more, but I’ve seen worse apologies.

I am affraid that commentary community did only learn surface level lessons, but if someone would just slightly modify methods, they would be able to pull off exact same shit Creepshow Art did. Harley is way too young to actually think about what is going on here. They did good work on other topics, even ones that didnt have to do with Luke directly, but their focus lies on far different things than what is neccesary for such topics. For instance: Luke screwed with Harley, tried to activly nuke their reputation using the usual tactics, was nothing but a liar towards them and acted like he could be trusted. But Harley still shows empathy. There is only so much one can do to actually recieve empathy for any given situation. I can empathize with someone who actually feels bad about what they have done, or how their effed up past lead to where they are now. I can relate and emphasize greatly, even with people who did effed up stuff as a result.
But with Luke? Nah. All Empathy is out of the window. The guy went full blatant and thats that. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you. Fool me thrice, well its time to throw someone off the cliff isnt it? This guy doesnt deserve empathy for no actual reason given.
Tbh it's been years since I looked into harly, though at the time he came across to me as being naive and easily misled, going off of sentiments moreso than reasoning. That said I haven't seen his stuff for awhile now, so perhaps it's something he grew out of (or alternatively my own biases might be blinding me).

What's funny is that the Harsh Opinions video wasn't even bad as they say. She called out something I was also seeing in those Tobi videos and I can't believe everyone just picked her apart about the can of worms comment without talking about her points. (As a black person I took it as an "I don't want to talk about this/race because it had nothing to do with the drama.) They were very aggressive and always made sure to say that two small black creators were being attacked *rolls eyes*, thanks Thumin. So it's okay for small creators to call out/critique people but when others do the same to them it's not? That's some messed up logic there, don't do call-out videos if you can't handle the backlash from the other side. No one shouldn't have received harassment during and after that drama tho.

Yeah honestly the fact that people can use their age, race, gender, sexuality, etc to excuse and justify things while things like autism and BPD and other mental disorders that legitimately effect how a person thinks and perceives things get shoved to the side as "just excuses" is kind of....silly at best and actively hateful at worst.
Things like autism and BPD can and do effect how people with them react to things. It's not an excuse, it's reality. Also love how Luke gets to decide what is or is not because of BPD.
It is also weird that he thinks Kai and Omnia apologizing for them jumping to attack someone that wasn't even talking about them stops being a concerning thing because they apologized. Apologizing is good but the fact that that is how treat not even criticism but the possibility of criticism should still be something to be wary of. Especially considering how both of them are found to be like later.
Also the fact that it kind of looks like there was some kind of group set up to go after people for the sake of drama is kind of nutty.

Ever since I stopped watching Optimus I've just been consistently skeptical with commentary channels who upload frequently. I believe Luke's the channel I gave up on before Optimus, though I can't quite remember. This is completely irrelevant but oh my god, him saying "BPD" as "BDP" is annoying as heck. Really just shows how little effort they put into actually making these videos. I can't tell you how many times my disabilities and personal situation has lead me to saying or doing things I truly regret.
