Beth, I have been watching your chanel for several years now. I am 58 years old and was fortunate enough to have a mother who was always looking for a good score. My youth consisted of mostly yard sales (we always lived in isolated places, so thrift stores didn't come into our lives until the early 80's)....but I have to say, I learned from the best. My siblings and I love thrifting, yard sales, and estate sales. Last month I finally accomplished something I've been dreaming of for many years....I opened a small brick and morter in the Northern California town of Arcata. I carry all second hand items - lots of vintage and unique items - and not just clothing and accessories, but what I call oddities (everything from vint. pyrex to vintage ashtrays to vintage Indian/ juggling pins). I am the happiest I've ever been. I tend to be very traditional, so you give me the courage to dress outside of my comfort level (and I love it)! Thank you for always inspiring me! "Always play dress-up"!!!
I am intrigued with your brick and mortar store. I've thought of doing the very same thing. I wear my finds and consider them inventory at the same time! I'm 72 and consider this option frequently. Everything is possible. 🎉 Best Time Ever is Now!

I am really loving these finds, but as soon as you put on those Dickies shorts, I thought how freaking versatile those are! I loved the sequin top paired with them. That striped tee is really the perfect fitting t-shirt and the stripes again are so classic and versatile! And yes, I would have also bought the Coach hat... it's so cute. Loved this so much. I don't go thrifting as much as I used to, but these always put a smile on my face when you do these videos.

Seems there’s always one around, I don’t know what they get out of it. Anyway, this is a few months ago, but looks like you found some cute things.
This was great haul. I really like the slacks hung on you, with contrasting white buttons and a perfect length. I wonder can you use the plaid skirt as a top? What I am really sad that did not work is the statement plaid pants those were totally rockstar mode. I cannot wait to see you put together your new find with existing things in your wardrobe.
