5:30 Yes, that is a tattoo. Siyeon has three. On the back of her neck in English are the words "Paradise is where I am." On her back on her lower right shoulder blade is a series of roman numerals that are the birthdays of her family. They extend under her right armpit. and on the front of her left shoulder are the initials S and Y, stylized to look like a musical symbol, a treble clef. She's not the only one with tattoos either. Yoohyeon and the word "Liberté," french for Liberty on her left ribs and on the inside of her right forearm is a small four-leaf clover. And Dami has two On her right shoulder is a crescent moon and on the back of her left elbow is a butterfly. The butterfly is in memory of her dog who died a while back.
Can't verify this, but I'm pretty sure I saw a vid where Dami was wearing a half-shirt, raised up her arms, and looked like she has a tattoo on her lower stomach/right hip area. Again, it was a quick glimpse but I'm pretty sure of it.
With Maison they had their first win in the whole kpop scene! So happy for them you have to watch were all of them cried and were happy because they never won anything

Yes, Dreamcatcher are touching on a very important subject here. Maison is French for "house" or rather "home", and they are singing about everyone's home, which is our planet. Previously they talked about online hate, now they are tackling an issue that impacts the whole planet and therefore everyone. Climate change is going to affect all of us, and it is already affecting many people. Island Nations will disappear under the ocean ("Save my home in the ocean"). Ice melts in the arctic and displaces people ("Save my home in the polar"). Forests get decimated by corporate greed and habitats get destroyed ("Save my home in the jungle") and disappearing glaciers and snow packs result in even less water for deserts ("Save my home in the desert").
People have a natural tendency to ignore issues that seem to be in the future - but climate change is here, right now. We can't wait anymore, and it is good that Dreamcatcher use their platform to promote change: "Break your habit now!"
Musically I really enjoy the song. Like in BEcause, the rock/metal vibe is dialed back a bit, but it is still there and highly distorted. Although the more I listen to it, the more Rock I hear. I especially like how the pre-chorus and chorus seems to appear out of nowhere, the chord progression in the bridge, and the epic end part. The bass line is crazy as well. LEEZ and Ollounder have done it again, and the members are just brilliant.
And about the first win, Dreamcatcher and InSomnia basically won the World Cup. That's how it feels. 🥳🥳😭😭 Show Champion gave them extra time, normally the broadcast gets cut somewhere in the middle of the encore. Only fair, the girls waited for this moment for 1923 days.
Congrats! As others have noted, the thing to react to is the victory performance of Maison on Show Champion. Best performance ever.
I flew from England just to see them in New York, it was soooo worth the expense and effort.

OH MY GOODNESS YES YES YES!!! We've been waiting for too long this was so phenomenal (AND THEY FINALLY WON), amazing just everything except it was TOO Short! I swear to God this was Gahyeon and Yoohyeon's era like holy cow (all of the girls was just WOW... to be Honest it's really difficult because all of them went OFF, you know what it's everyone's era) but they went OFF like Gahyeon with the bob hair cut looked Stunning, she had a good amount of lines, her looks, and her vocals/kind of rap was GREAT. Yoohyeon was just crazy OH MY GOD the hair looked Amazing looked kind of like Jennie's but her bangs were black and the rest blonde, and then her Vocals just yes. Siyeon was STUNNING oh my goodness the outfits, the TATTOO ON HER BACK, her vocals were out of this world and again just Wow. JiU was GORGEOUS OH MY GOSH she went back to the Deja Vu hair and I love it, she got a good amount of lines as well, and her whole look WOW. SuA looked like she just came out of Charlie's Angels like oh my goodness she is some sort of spy that kicks butt on the daily and her Vocals just YES. Handong didn't get that many lines which makes me upset but when she did she killed it just WOW, her Visuals are outstanding, and her little Rap that she did near the end was great (they need her to rap more). And Dami of course was AMAZING she can step on me fifty times and I would be grateful, the whole look was stunning, and don't get me started on the rap! Anyways I can't wait you guys to react to more Dreamcatcher such as more Music Videos, B - Sides, Live Performances, Covers, Dance Practices, Moments, and of course Ships! I can't wait for more Content from you guys and I hope that you both are doing well and staying safe and healthy (also your Baby is ADORABLE)!
P.S. If you ever need any good Videos I could totally help you out with that if you need it, and again just WOW that was such an Amazing MV I could not really talk through the entire thing (and yes it is about climate change), also dude she is correct it kind of is like Five Nights at Freddy's! 🤣😂

This song is so good and finally they have their 1st and 2nd win with this song. They were in the United States for their tour, and I was so lucky to be able to see them in concert in Louisville, Kentucky. The concert was so amazing, and they are more beautiful and awesome to see in person. I hope they come to the US again soon. I won't rehash what everyone else has said about the meaning of the song and MV. I just wanted to mention that, in my opinion, the scene with the animal masks in the dining room felt to me like a call out to the rich who are ignoring science and living off the suffering of everyone and the planet. They're in an elaborate gold room eating well while the world around them is crumbling. Sua's appearance I think is to shake them back to reality. Just my thoughts. Dreamcatcher finally got their overdue wins, they just got back from a tour and it is already confirmed that they are already working on the next album. Adore them.
In the meantime though, a ton of amazing new girl groups debuted recently. Billlie, Le Sserafim, CLASS:y,, Kep1er, Ive, NewJeans... The new Purple Kiss album is also soooo good. There is so much to catch up with, though on a parent sleep schedule I assume it will be rough to try it all :)

Dreamcatcher Maison meaning '
'Maison' (French for 'home') serves as a fair warning against a not-so-distant apocalyptic future that awaits us if we continue to plague the Earth with apathetic overconsumption.
The lyrics directly correlate to and resonate with a global sentiment of crisis evoked by the unfathomable dangers of climate change through the story of celestial saviors who take it upon themselves to revive the Earth when it is abandoned by the very people who call it home. Gaia transforms into the Grim Reaper as an emblem of the earthly wasteland and chaos reigns in Satan's form.
The first verse opens with a sense of desolation and helplessness as the future of the world looks bleaker by the day. Not being able to breathe is a direct consequence of the overwhelming pollution in the air while also being a metaphor for Mother Earth being unable to sustain herself. DREAMCATCHER attempts to shake passive observers awake from their indifference ("Break your habit now") and move them to action before it is too late.
With the human collective choosing ignorance over consciousness, there is little hope to hang on to. Global warming is just the tip of the iceberg and that too, is melting. However, DREAMCATCHER continues to present the Earth in its former glory in an effort to elicit change ("Turn back to the moment when every season is vivid"). After all, the moment you look away, everything will turn to dust ("Pretending not to know, you disappear too"). At the end of the day, it is us who must fight for the world, our maison.

Actually Maison gave Dreamcatcher also their second win, a week later. The studio album it was released in, called Apocalypse: Save Us is also the top selling Dreamcatcher album of all time. It contains not only amazing songs, but also each member's solo songs. Dreamcatcher just announced they're working on the 2nd part of the Apocalypse Trilogy, that will probably be released in October.
