Try using Jasmine rice it's way easier to cook I always used to struggle with rice also but with Jasmine rice it comes out perfect 👌

@@crysma it gets way easier, my rice used to either come out too hard or too mushy even though I would do the 2 cups of water for each cup of rice. But I started using Jasmine rice and it's just so much easier to work with. 😁
Gonna have to try too! I use long grain rice and it never cooks throughly.
