Demolition 1 and 2 was totally unexpected. we were big fans of Demolition in our house and to see the 2 of them go at it was insane! This was one of the better lists for sure. When Diesel returned I marked out when I heard the music and he came out. I was a big fan of Diesel, despite that being an unpopular opinion.
I'm surprised that the Giant González debut wasn't chosen for 1993. Sure, the eventual Mania match was terrible, but seeing this nearly 8 ft tall dude come out of nowhere to destroy The Undertaker like that was a memorable moment.

When he starts killing people after being eliminated, Mr. Perfect on commentary was just that, saying to Vince, "Call the Fresno Police for this!" Plus, this Rumble match is rather significant, as it's the first Rumble to feature theme music for every entrant.
Savage never left the building before the Royal Rumble match. He barricaded the door to his locker room as the Warrior was trying to get him. This was shown of Superstars of Wrestling the following week.

Then during the pre-show Lana got hurt and later in the night had to be *physically restrained* from entering the women's Rumble match because of, that's right, an ankle injury! That night Lana proved herself to be tougher and/or more dedicated than John Cena.

I think Rey returning was a bigger surprise than Rhonda debuting. Not only did he get a bigger pop but her debut diminished not only Asuka's win but the rumble it self & all the work the women put in throughout the years just to be overshadowed by her I remember being upset. Not that she debuted but that it was done like that. They couldve waited for raw the next night
Kinda surprised Rey Mysterio in 2018 wasn't chosen over Shinsuke. I feel like a lot of people knew Shinsuke was gonna win, no matter what number he came out at. When Rey returned though I was utterly shocked! And I was there, the reaction he got was enormous!

I still don't buy the Cena Batista Rumble being an accident. It was just done too perfect, and it's legit how I predicted it would end at that time. I believed that the Rumble finish would end with Cena and Batista winning, they would have a match at No Way Out to determine the winner once and for all.... However even having thay match, they both were knocked out and couldn't answer the ref's 10 count, so they were both counted out. Yeah, screwy finish, but that's what I thought. Then it was decided that Mania 21 would have Cena challenging for the WWE title and Batista challenging for the Heavyweight title. That was my whole thought.
Hulkster pulling Sid over the top from outside was a proper heel move! He was legit eliminated and should’ve just taken it instead he went and pulled out Sid like a baby. Never liked Hogan, even as a kid.
