Hi I've been watching your videos about looking at ectoparasites of small aquarium fish under the microscope-and i find quite amazing and helpful, i just wanna ask for your help on how to prepare a smear of skeletal muscle of a small fish, as one of my neon tetra got sick, i then researched it-turns out to be NTD, an incurable disease caused by endoparasite Pleistophora hyphessobryconis. now I'm ready to euthanize my fish but I wanted to see how that endoparasite looks like or if it is actually the culprit. Thanks!
