I loved the P-51D, just like I loved the Bf 109 F, Bf 109 G-6, Me 109 K. I also loved the Fw 190-D. I also loved the the Me 262. and the Knock knock who is there? Answer Amos. Question Amos who? A Mosquito! And I liked the ugly Flying Jug P-47. and I liked the Mk IX Spitfire and the Tempest! And I liked the Fw 190 A-4.I also liked the good old Hurricane. I think the p-39 got a bum rap, its 37 mm cannon was a wonder! I don't like the Typhoon, mainly because it was nasty/Nazti to its pilots; engine explosions and tails sections breaking off. I didn't like the P-38, but it was far better than it looks. My favorite aircraft of WW2 was the Fieseler Fi 156 Storch.....Reason... it would have been great back here in New Zealand South Island on the Farm in Central Otago or the McKenzie Country! It had a stalling speed of 30 km/h! Our Neighbors property was 275,000 acres. A Storch would have been great!
To be fair i am not really active in DCS currently, every time i join MP there only Handfull of WW2 Players left in DCS. Pretty boring to fly 40 min around to find someone. After I dont like either the FM of IL-2 nor the Graphics there is not much to show. Not dead but dont expect to much :) but thx for stopping by

What timezone are you flying in? We had 57 players on yesterday. (Project Overlord) Im flying almost every day and I see a steady 40 on peak EU time..
