I’ve had to turn my own life around Marvin as I recently lost my temper and nearly lost my left arm and life to getting in a fight. I was guilty of not appreciating the things that I do have and dwelling on things that I couldn’t change. 3 major surgeries later, I’ve meet someone who grew up around the people near me whilst I was in hospital with my arm and he had a similar message to yourself. He’d get into fights and no real good came from it and he said I’d ether end up being behind bars or dead as I didn’t realise how aggressive I used to be, or even my own strength. I had offers on the lad that attacked me but karma will deal with him.

You know my dad was so violent he used to smash the life out of my mother god bless her soul he pick axed her in the head nearly killed her used to stamp on her frequently fighting police regularly it became normal to us the drink and violence I just thought it was life for everyone then I grew up and realised it wasn’t normal I hate bully’s now with a passion
When I got too old for beats my mum used to smash my room up, give me 30 minutes to make it spotless, anything out of place she'd dash in the bin, she come in 30 mins later, if u done it perfect in that time she'd smash it up again n you'd have to clean it again. And she'd repeat process until she calmed down. Worst than any beating I ever had lol
