Cast Iron Skillet Bananna Caramel Pan-Cake (Panannacake)

    Hope you enjoy my panannacake :D
    Dough:
    - 200g APF (high protein mine is 15g/100)
    - 200g room temp water or milk or beer - each variant changes texture slightly and obviously the taste.
    - 7g dried yeast
    - 2g salt
    - tbsp sugar
    - tbsp neutral oil
    Caramel sauce:
    - 10 tbsp sugar
    - 2 tea spoons of butter
    - juice of half a lemon
    - pinch of salt
    - 2 bannanas
    - pinch of gingerbread spice ( cinamon, ginger, cloves, cardamon, star anise )
    My pancake is around 1500 calories - four servings (375 calories each).
    The whole process took around 1,5h (you can probably do it quicker if you're not recording) and you can enjoy it hot right away. You can use apples, pears or whatever fresh fruit you want instead of bannanas.
    The pancake will keep 2-3 days in a fridge, however I doubt that it will last this long :D
