How to Fix Broken Bathroom Sink Drain Stopper for Free!

Here is how to fix a broken drain stopper, for free! Often, the rod that opens and closes the stopper will wear, become weak with age due to rust, and eventually break. Yeah, I could drive to ACE and buy a new one, but I can fix this one for free with basic tools, without even leaving the house!

Thanks I don’t have the same problem. Mine came undone from the stopper. I think if I can MacGyver a connection from the stopper to the long metal piece with a holes I’ll be OK.
