Very nice madam. Still I am following your method only for doing kozukkattai melmavu ( arisi araichu kilaruvathu) 1:2 water method. It is coming out well and I used to tell others also. Your method only following for grinding idly mavu, first grinding ulundhu in 1:3 water ratio and then grinding arisi with little aval. It is also coming out very well.

Boil steamed Undigai in milk for few minutes. To thicken it you can grind cashews and add.Dissolve jaggery in little water by heating gently. Pour over payasam and switch off the stove. Mix gently and serve topped with fried cashews and kismis .You can add Badam drink ready powder for more taste.
