My sleep has been absolutely horrid lately. And tbh this isnt helping 😅 its relaxing for sure and helps me close my eyes, but i cannot sleep. Simply put
Then try something else maybe. ASMR is always good and helpful for relaxation and getting sleepy but sometimes you need something more or something different. Maybe something that relaxes you even more. You will get through this phase , I promise (•‿•)
Ohh I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this atm. I’ve been immune to ASMR for some time and what helped for me to sleep better in general was not to watch it regulary, include atleast 30 min of excersice per day and not eating 3 hours before bed. Hope it helps 😊🫶
