I watched your video at 8:00 PM so I didn’t do the challenge. But, I had already cleaned during the day. The couches look amazing.
My sister, her husband, her two daughters, their husbands and children spent last Christmas in New York City and had a blast. They created some special memories. Your family should definitely make that trip.
I love any minty scented bathroom cleaners, too. I also like to add a few drops of lemon essential oil to a damp microfiber cloth to dust and to wipe down leather upholstery. It leaves a wonderful scent for quite a while afterwards!
I got up vacuumed 3 rooms and cleaned 2 ceiling fans. I have to say I've been doing laundry, got dinner ready for grill and misc stuff all day.
Yes, it's a daily routine that makes all the difference. I love my home and enjoy take care of our home and my husband.

Thank you for validating the stay at home mamas! It's so true that sonetitmes we feel undervalued or "less than" the working mamas, but we're saving our families hundreds by avoiding daycare and definitely arent just sitting around doing nothing all day. ❤️

100% do a family trip at Christmas! We did that several years ago, went to NY and had THE best time. Not only was it great spending so much time together as a family but it was so low stress due to only buying minimal gifts!

A micro fiber cloth on my swiffer has been a game changer for quite some time now. I LOVE IT. It makes windows and mirrors so much easier now. I actually dont even mind doing them.
I purchased that wet sponge because of one of your other vids and I love that things too. Perfect for blinds and lamp shades

I'm with you when it comes to scents when I clean. I love smell of apples in the fall and winter and definitely citrus in the spring and summer. I got the office cleaned. All the furniture dusted, window sills wiped down, and floor vacuumed. Thanks for 20 minutes!!! I'm cooking Thanksgiving dinner for my kids, grandkids, and brother. we bought our first home this year there were so many neglected areas im still finding things i want to clean since taking over in march thanks for reminding of the small details i believe a home is all in the lil things that make it so homey and fresh .

I did meet your challenge, I got up and cleaned the bathroom in 20 minutes (it is on the small size) I'm still decluttering, my worst room to keep clean is my craft room. But it's the room that give me a lot of enjoyment. 😊 I love making gifts for family and ftiends. Hi Amanda. It's been an incredibly busy work day that ended a bit later before we close for the holiday midweek. It's after 11pm and I'm unwinding with a little bit of cleaning, prepping my home to decorate before Thanksgiving. Christmas is my favorte holiday but it's a bittersweet time grieving the loss of my best friend and Sister who passed 1.5 years ago 😢I wish she were. Doing my best to celebrate her memory and reminisce about Christmases past with her. Hearing you say you gave your mom the biggest hug when she got off the plane, really warmed my heart as I know the loss of your Dad weighs heavy. I pray that you all have an amazing holiday. Thanksgiving will be spent at home, very low key. Your video gave me so much motivation to get through my to do list. I say yes to traveling to NY for Christmas. Come on over. We will welcome you in the Big Apple. It's a great place to visit during the holidays. I've actually traveled to Florida with my best friend to spend the holidays with family and it was amazing. I use your mirror hack for our bathtub. I have bad arthritis in both knees. It helps to scrub out the bathtub and not end up crying in pain. I also like a mix of scents. It depends on my mood when I’m cleaning or the time of year. For fall I love pumpkin and apples. For winter I love apple, cranberry, some peppermint, and floral scents.
I always watch your videos and get out of my ruts. Your energy is definetly contagious. Thank you for all that you do. You have helped me overcome things that noone else understands.

My sister came to visit from IN and a cousin came in from NC. We went to my Aunt’s house for a Thanksgiving afternoon meal. SO YUMMY! Then my granddaughter and I went to my daughter’s home for the evening meal. My son-in-law loves to cook. He’s getting better every year. I was more than stuffed by end of day!! Being around family is always enjoyable.

I love watching your deep clean videos, I would have to say the hardest room in my home would be my home office as there’s small sticky notes to clear up and more note books etc to lift and tidy up.
As for hobbies, I read a lot, I’m a beta and ARC reader for multiple authors which I really enjoy - you say you don’t have any hobbies but you’ve been enjoying audio books, that’s still a hobby xxx

I also don’t have a hobby anymore. I think in the beginning w little kids especially, our home and family is most important. Then as the kids get older we forget to find a hobby/joy for ourselves. I think it would be fun if you kept us updated about that, if you find a hobby, try new things, find things you don’t like at all - fun

Amanda I absolutely love our leather furniture! It’s so easy to maintain, just sweep & spray condition. I live in Texas and it’s dry here, I use that spray several times a year. It’s really needed but so super easy to do!

We did Thanksgiving yesterday. My granddaughter sent me an invite in the mail. I was so proud but hate to drive 3 hours 1 way. I may stay home and clean behind my fridge.

Your ovens look better than new! Amazing! I've been chipping out old grout and replacing it with new grout today. Ugh! Hate it....may hire it out next time. Also took a load of donations to Goodwill. You have the most incredible cleaning tools!!!
Such motivation today. I did take your challenge. I cleaned my bathroom and got it done in 15 minutes. I was just so glad to see you with a smile today and of course your calming voice. The one area I really want to do better with is my kitchen and living area. As you know I am still in our camper so I really do struggle to get motivated. I prefer scented cleaners as long as they don’t make the house smell like a hospital or too much like chemicals. I bought the Caldrea Orange Blossom countertop spray as orange blossom is one of my favorite scents, along with gardenias, and it’s awesome! And the broom hack for cleaning the bathtub was the best!! It’s the only way I clean it now!
I have to have scents when I clean. So satisfying sitting in a clean smelling house ❤

Amanda, if you put a couple of old towels in your bath tub, place your oven racks in cover with hot water and a good squirt of dish soap let them soak while you clean the oven, you can give them a little scrub it’s so much easier than the kitchen sink,,.

I love going through the house after cleaning and spraying a nice clean scent. Currently I am using a spray I made using laundry detergent and fabric softener and water. It smells so fresh and clean.
