It's not my favorite Rainbow Road racetrack, but the music for it is the best in the entire series and it's not close. What it adds to the N64 soundtrack it borrows from elevates it so much.

I mean, this track and music is just a 10/10, and the portion of the music that references the N64/DD (GCN) rainbow road music is just so emotional to listen to.
Currently: SNES has 3 courses. N64 has 6 courses. GBA has 6 courses. GCN has 4 Courses. DS has 6 courses. Wii has 6 courses. 3DS has 7 courses. Tour has 8 courses, but 6 are labelled as Tour courses. So out of retro courses, Mario Kart 7 currently has the most representation.
I'm glad Double Dash is getting more reperesentation in the later waves. I had no clue it only had 4 as of right now, which is hella disrespectful given how many good tracks are in that game.

I grew up with Mario Kart 7. Hearing this remix for the first time gave me a wave of nostalgia unlike anything else before. I played the game so much, I had golden EVERYTHING. Kart, wheels, and glider. And I was proud. But by far, this was my favorite track. Mario Kart is in good hands.

The best part about this track in this game is the fact that you don't have to play an entire GP offline just to race on it once. MK7 really should have had offline VS mode.
If we do get the all rainbow road cup that people have been speculating about,we can just have a bowsers castle instead of gba rainbow road but also wii should be the last track ever in the game.its also one of the hardest,if they also stick to the traditional formula of bowsers Castle then rainbow road,n64 but slightly harder would be perfect then the hardest rainbow road(yes wii is harder than snes) would mind boggle me and FINALLY WE WOULD HAVE ANOTHER BOWSERS CASTLE

Most of these courses are pulling from Mario Kart Tour, and now that Wii Rainbow Road has appeared there, it’s basically a guarantee. As much as I prefer the original 3DS ost, they still ported the best Mario Kart stage in my opinion, to 8 Deluxe. Now I can also call 3DS RR to be the best stage in 8 Deluxe now.
It really isn't bad... Maybe it has some things that can be criticized - like the character selection and the lack of the versus mode... But all in all it had awesome tracks, great new features and was very influential for the whole Mario Kart series! I love MK7!

@@Spin_Music here's a tip, the first digit is the wave it's in and the second is the course within the wave. so Berlin Byways is the 5th course in wave 3, this it's number is 35. Boo Lake, Alpine Pass, Maple Treeway, Peach Gardens and the upcoming Waluigi Stadium are exceptions because they were shuffled during development
I know this is unrelated to the video, but can you please go back and add the “3DS” prefix to the Toad Circuit OST? Its starting to bother me how that is the only video without a prefix.

While it’s not as calm as the original, I feel it fits much more with MK8D’s more energetic nature. This track and it’s music is perfect.

It all started when my dad got me a Nintendo 2ds an a code thing for a 3ds game And it was Mario kart 7 so I downloaded the game then booted the game up and played Rainbow road and that course has been a part of life ever since so come 2022 or 2021 when Nintendo said that 3ds rainbow Road was in Mario Kart I Yelled RAINBOW ROAD STILL LIVES!!
