Love the video! I learned so much from your pre-market prep and your vides. I have not been participating in the pre-market prep mostly because I'm not in EST and it's pretty early for me and extra 30~45min sleep does make a difference. I also need the time to do what you are doing on my own, but I still enjoy your vides a lot. My routine is pretty much the same as yours, except since the market closes pretty early for my time, I typically stay with the market until close and I still have plenty of time left in the day to do other things.

I have been focusing on identifying 4 nested (fractal) market structures from the outer most External structure down to the internal structure in 1min timeframe. This has really helped me to understand the way you see the market and the key levels. Also, as I start to focus on these nested market structures, I have been trying to capture larger moves of external structure. I will stop by the pre-market prep again when the time is right for me. Great insight-might seem obvious to some, but those people probably had a long journey to arriving at something like this that works for them. This could save new traders a lot of time in their journey.
Yes a lot of traders overlook what happens outside of market hours. Preparation is key and everything that you do outside of trading will reflect in your trading.
