if you are a filmmaker and want to produce with your own music, this is the machine to create some really nice cinematic background, i look forward to get mine soon, it inspired me a lot when i listened it for the first time, this one was for sure a deeper introduction of how it can be used witj knowledge, thanks a lot for sharing your work, apreciate the work deeply. Looking forward for more of your stuff :)
A little late I know but I also appreciate how hard it is to get to 2K subs so well done on that. Amazing soundscape with the Lyra-8 and friends. Incredibly tuneful and mesmerising throughout.
I haven’t used my Lyra much - my experiments with it weren’t too musical - but this inspires me! I wouldn’t have thought to pair it with Microcosm; in my experience the latter seems to work best with shorter sounds with a strong attack, so I’ve only used it with guitar.
Hi Christopher White, Very good content, visuals and audio are done with great taste. You have a special touch to develop synth’s sound and transitions during every performances, that is the key to ambient soundscapes in my point of view, and you are doing it the right way. May I ask you a question, what is the animation programme running on the top left of the video? I try to figure it out on the internet but didn’t find an anything serious. Thank you in advance for your answer.
Thanks so much Kevin! the animation is just actually me filming the screen of a TC Electronic Clarity. A super useful little device which has become integral in my productions.
One of the best Lyra tracks I´ve heard so far. I love this instrument but it can sound pretty awful:). Some people don´t know how to use it properly, you´re not one of them. Nice work, keep it up.
Such beautiful soundscapes! I’ve just retired from many years of work and want to get back into making music. I love this gorgeous ambient stuff you are doing. I ordered a microcosm today! I played the sax years ago and now want to play with synths. Would you suggest the Lyra 8 for a novice or a synth with keyboard. Any Suarez welcome. Many thanks
I know that there are countless ways to work with Lyra. Is it on purpose that you don’t make use of the onboard LFO, Delay and/or Distorsion? I guess that this way you can stay away from making everything sound to ceintuur, weird, industrial and so on. I’m curious what you think about it.
You've answered the question really. I kind of dont like the sound they make - my L8 is also quite an early one and i'm wondering if in the later versions those effects are more gentle.
This is incredible. I was considering getting the Lyra before watching this now I'm definitely getting one! The microcosm is now on my list to check out too
Thanks for this. Tuning is a chore for sure. I just use a tuner on my iphone and make very small adjustments very carefully! i try to pick interesting scales.
Should this be an album??
Could be. And it would be very good one.
Yes 👍
Definitely 👍
I think it should. It is really good!
Sure why not. You can release music for free on OneRPM

Thank you yes it’s so good in that way. Thank you for watching.
20" 21" etc this passage could be in a David Lynch film. Amazing nugget. Publish
Always impressed by your work with the Lyra. You get some of the most musical results out of it that I've ever heard.
Thanks for that. I really appreciate it.
The parts with the Microcosm and the Moogerfooger Lowpass, wow. They seem to team up real nicely.
the piece from min 58 is a dessert. Lucious
17" song with Fooger and Microcosm should definitely be a release.
Thank you so much for your comments Benoit! It's so invigorating to get feedback like yours.
I think I never listened to a youtube music video with one hour length in its entirety before... great sounds, great structures, great music...
Thank you. I really appreciate you listening. That means a lot to me.
So a Lyra can bring some relaxing vibes 🙂. Cool mashup \0/
How it's meant to be heard, great stuff, expecting mine today, big up Juno.records!
Thanks Karl. Hope you’re enjoying yours?

An hour can go by that quickly. So far I haven't heard anything better with this instrument. So far I've only really made noise with the Lyra.😄
thanks so much!

Thanks Mooseyard. I know what you mean about the attack, seems to work ok though. Really glad it's inspiring :)
Thanks
Thank you so much!

An hour well spent. Glad to of found your work. Keep it coming
Thank you for spending the time, I appreciate it.
One of the first Lyra videos I could listen to the whole hour. Nice tracks. My Lyra tracks get a little bonkers after about 20 minutes.
Glad you enjoy it!
This was really wonderful! Thank you for sharing the vibe.
brilliant set thanks for the meditation - ordered mine today, can't wait to get lost
That lyra 8 sounds epic
Wow ... that's impressive !!!!

Thank you! The Lyra would be fine. It's a beast though so it could be frustrating.
Wonderful soundscapes - listening to this was transformational.
Thank you so much Rob.
That sounds magical
Dude, this incredible. I'm stoked to have found this video
Thank you Ben
Great job, really! That beast is not easy to handle
Congrats! it is great to have them all together!
Fantastic work - i own two Lyra-8 … and i am impressed about these instruments. But what you did here is absolutely great!
Thanks so much Harald
This hour was absolutely perfect!
Thank you!!
dope! really great use of the lyra-8
Absolutely stunning work. Enchanted from the start.
Thank you so much. i really like what you do with yours.
amazing bro. I'm thinking of getting one. I have a Pulsar 23 and I'm guessing it will be a match
Simply amazing!

Have you seen what the soon to be released Soma Cosmos can do?
beautiful! what is the app wave shape thing you are showing in the top left corner?
Thanks Forrest. I filmed the TC electronic Clarity as well.
Sehr gut !!!
Ja !
So good!
Thank you Jacque!
Really awesome! Very inspiring for my use of the Lyra. How do you go about tuning?
Thanks for this. Tuning is a chore for sure. I just use a tuner on my iphone and make very small adjustments very carefully! i try to pick interesting scales.
I keep my hologram on HAZE a looooot toooo
What's the graphic waveform thing in the top left corner? I want that!
It's my TC electronic Clarity probably. For a few of the films I filmed it and superimposed it on the main vid.
22:10 magic happens
Не хватает частотной обработки звука на выходе.
mins 42-52. Also publish

Oh man.. i think you have an early state of club fingers. You should let you heart and lungs being checked out.
Hey. Thanks, really? I think I just have sax player fingers probably. But googling symptoms now! 😬
Pity I can't like the track more than once
