You have the troopy! Get yourself a gazibo tent with netted walls that you can setup around you cook station to keep all of the flies out. Then hang a couple of dangly sticky fly traps inside the gazibo tent to hopefully catch any that make their way in when you open and close the door to the tent

Field Days is literally the only channel on TH-cam where I watch the whole video, love the positivity and learn so much.
My Filipino family uses these dome like mozzy screen covers for the flies. It's like a giant dome lid that will cover a large skillet. 16" or 40cm for you mates.
I just jumped on maps and found this spot in 10 seconds looks like a great place 🤙
