This is really not as difficult as many people presume it to be. It requires a certain level of diligence, no doubt, which is something ordinary investors lack, and so a financial advisor often comes in very handy. That is how people are able to make such huge profits in the market.

My biggest money mistake was losing almost all my money during the great depression in 2017 especially to the Lehman Brothers. It taught me one unforgettable lesson though.
Diversification". Never to put all my eggs in one basket. Now, I try to split mine between Stocks and Real Estate such that if one is affected, I would not be too affected and that has paid off as I made my first million earlier this year through this method (got the help of a pro though). I also experiment with a couple of other things. Hard to imagine what the situation would had been given the economy.

In my opinion, a housing market crash is imminent due to the high number of individuals who purchased homes above the asking price despite the low interest rates. These buyers find themselves in precarious situations as housing prices decline, leaving them without any equity. If they become unable to afford their homes, foreclosure becomes a likely outcome. Even attempting to sell would not yield any profits. This scenario is expected to impact a significant number of people, particularly in light of the anticipated surge in layoffs and the rapid increase in the cost of living..
A recession as bad as it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you're careful and it can also create volatility giving great short-time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advice but get buying, cash isn't king at all at this time...
You need 2x-3x more inventory to have any kind of housing market crash. That inventory isn't going to happen. There won't be any crash. At the absolute worst prices may go down about 10% but that's it until more inventory is on the market.

Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. Hey Alex, i've been Watching you Since day one of my Day Trading Career. i am in this game for a little over 7 months. i started right away over the PDT rule and little by little lost and got under it, for six months ive been losing, (Very little) or not so much*. ( i mean about 25% of my account). Something to mention is that you can open a cash account and not have to worry about pdt rules, which would eliminate the need to have multiple accounts.
I think that is wrong.. I started out couple years ago with a robinhood cash account and I would get notifications about the pdt rules if I traded more that 3 trades, threating to freeze my account.
@@Tman2.0 It's not wrong, I have a TD Ameritrade account and I can trade as many times I want per day, as long as I have settled funds.
Same I have a cash account too. I love it because if I have no settled funds left for the day it prevents me from overtrading and revenge trading 🎯

actually, with small account I would say learn and trade options in a cash account, and trade good companies or ETF like SPY. Avoid the garbage penny stocks.

Great video as always!! I would like to add that trading options with large caps is good for small accounts. I can go long or short and buying contracts isn’t as expensive depending on the ticker symbol. A lot of option traders love trading SPY because of liquidity. I personally trade NVDA.

Tim is right about win rate vs risk reward in terms of account size. You definitely need to have high win rate with small account because you're less likely to get a huge draw down and blow up the account.

Rather than trading stocks, try indices etfs like spy,qqq, tqqq, sqqq or futures , it narrows the search down a bit

Good video, but I've always been setting up to shoot for the moon. Although, I'm not delusional to think I'm going to make it, because the market rarely ever agrees with me. Therefore, what have you found to validate your trade theories? IE, do you trust your indicators? BTW, I still don't know when you have your chat sessions. Would love to just listen in sometime, if allowed.

You can trade lvl 2 options with a cash account at most big brokers.
Great video really. Also i agree with your opinion, For the newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's the sad truth. For a start you need a good and experienced hand to guide you. Trust me, trading isn't difficult as we see it. Recently had family members ask me where to begin learning how to get started and Lehrer Kappel my investment advisor is perfect. Definitely recommend and his trade strategy works in every region. Very helpful for beginners.
Yeah Lehrer Kappel was my hope during the 'bear summer' last year. I did so many mistakes but also learned so much from it, and of course from Lehrer. He is my number one source when it comes to crypto and TA.

Hey, great Videos! I need your help please. I don't really see myself no more in being in front of the screens at all times and scalp trade, it's just not me. Furthermore, I way more enjoy doing proper analysis, then taking on a position with a limit order only and then let the trade sit intraday until market close.
I don't want to start swing trading, but I want to expand my knowledge into this particular field of doing more analysis and then enter a trade which I take at the open and stay in the entire day.
I have all the basic knowledge, and trade actively since 6 months now, hence I see myself on the advanced side, not the beginner any more.
Do you have any courses, books I can read to this topic and anything that can help me to furhter develop into this direction of holding trades long term, rather than scalp trading for quick profits with high share size.

Yes stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are alot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.
For any new traders looking to be profitable , try looking at a 3 or 5 year chart and just buy the lows and sell the highs
You will have to sit on your swing trades for months but I guarantee you will be profitable

Why did Tim say if he was starting over with a small account he would rule our "short" sales? Is this due to a higher required account balance for shorts or the required $25K PDT rule?
Please briefly explain, because as this market turns down, If a stock is trending down, I would think that it would be easier to make a couple points if shorting with the down trend. Thanks.
Thanks for the insightful interviews! I think I should win a journal because I need a new journal. My old journal with my old formatting keeps me in my old comfortable ways. But having a new journal will allow me to start with a new design and format to get me into a new process.
