I am excited to be writing this back. Intended only for a healthy discussion. It's great that Companies like Elan are of great interest to the community and that's obviously because of their overwhelming performance. And as more and more people discuss, it creates confusion among the general public. If what you have quoted here has been told to you by Elan Group itself then only believe the information to be true. If there was a smart individual portraying to be an expert and gave this information then it's your responsibility to validate the same with the verified sources (may be Elan in this scenario) before believing it to be true. The total land with Elan is nearly around 48-50 Acres. The 1st Ever land that was purchased by Elan from Indiabulls itself was almost exactly 40 Acres. Of which 28.80 was residential and 11 Acres was commercial (6.50 for Retail and 4.50 Acres for Luxury Hotel). Later they were able to extend the 6.50 Acres Retail land to 12 Acres, where the company will be developing Elan The Mark (country's 1st Luxury Retail - with brands on board like Benoy, WET, CD+M, SWA). Have still not added the land for their School. To the best of our knowledge the land patch is almost around what we have quoted in the video ie. 50 Acres. And on rest of retail land that is left out of 40 acres, earlier they proposed a 5-star hotel, but now they are rethinking about it and may come up with office space. And 2 lakh sqft club house for just 3 towers of phase 2? I always believe that information should be accurate so that buyer can take an informed decision. Project is already too good and don't need extra bells and whistles, which would ultimately lead to a disappointment.

At Elan it is also believed that making an extraordinary Jewel would create great value instead of following the marketing pattern. It would be great to see some Sky lounges in future as several projects have proposed the same. But I still believe that Golf Links, which to my best understanding is the most superior concept of Super luxury still choses to keep centralized club instead of any other pattern. Please consider the referral details of their latest addition to their Prestigious Golf links - Dahlias.
