When I went to Panama City on two occasions-sightsee and land at their airport-was greeted by the powerful smell from the paper mill there. This would be like 25 yrs ago. Is the paper I’ll still there?
It’s not from the paper mill, it’s from that chemical plant right beside the paper mill. We figured that out after the paper mill shut down at the beginning of July and we were still smelling it lol
Watching your videos I can't figure out what streets you are on while traveling. Would help more if you listed the roads so people can go back and look them up and see them on google maps etc...
hwy 98, from panama city beach to the end of the metro area on the east end of PCB. one single road, theres even places where theres a huge 98 market on the pavement
Well, it is home to a large Air Force base (Tyndall). Also, it is on a large bay, close to Panama City Beach. Other than that, it is just another town. I always felt it was a little "dumpy."
compare the pine trees at the start of the video to those at 7:49 to see how much worst the hurricane damages were there,.
While your up there ,,,go spend the day at Seaside Fl. Free parking at the beach,food and so beautiful places to eat and places to see and shop…❤️
sadly we had to return, as you can see were driving eastbound on this video 😥😥😥😥😥😥 our intentions were for a larger trip. things dont always work out

@@Brittanyd0417 Thanks for the info-didn’t know about the chemical factory. What do they make there-what. chemical products? So the paper I’ll closed.
Also, that airport closed, and the new one opened. It's just north of PCB, not in Panama City anymore.
