What’s the purpose of the filters while DFD if you can just find that property on the site? I thought DFD is for finding ugly distressed properties like?

The purpose of filtering when using our mobile app to drive for dollars is to assist with finding properties you are trying to target specifically on the go and or in person. You can find distressed properties (or any property) within PropStream from the desktop and our mobile app.

What does the crow button do?

Hi there! Crows are smart and have an uncanny way of showing up in the right place, at the right time - when opportunity presents itself. Like the PropStream app, the crow is there to bring good luck! It also crows if you click on it, so it's there for a little bit of fun too.

so are the best properties to approach as a wholesaler are those with high equity or no equity?

Hi,
Typically our customers that use the product specifically for wholeselling will generally favor more equity than less as that increases their profit margins(although depending on your investing strategy no equity is a fine choice as well).
