The Pokemon to the left of Wobbuffet -- Munchlax -- looked winnable. The third claw machine you showed had both Munchlax and Snorlax, and that's the one I would've played first, then the one that had Plusle.

They donate a lot of the toys to a charity. They have done videos about it on their main channel
