The ability to launch a pre emotive strike to prevent a wider scale conflict,which this weapon provides, is the mark of what Sun_Tzu would call a heaven born captain.
It would be very useful in the border with Bolivia and Peru to erase the traffic of drugs. I also hope that Peru buy at least 5 of them to erase the same problem and also ilegal minery , the ilegal fishing and crime .
