Depends on what you want her role to be I guess? She's currently a debuffer with low dmg on small enemies but decent dmg on massive enemies like 18-4 phase 3. RIft cooldown is ok enough for me now, but that balance makes the HA forced trigger rift mode significantly less important. If anything they can buff the rift mode from HA into 40-60 seconds instead of 20. That would be nice. Her 3rd job passive is just a useless version of CL's gemini card. If they should buff anything then I would love that passive buff the most.

Obelisk is still a decent backup skill for all Lithia (except Avarice). It doesn't care about enemy size and always deals full damage. You drop 3 of them down and it'll simply guarantee 22,000% dmg on anything. If anything I guess you could replace it with more fish skill to boost the rift cooldown? I don't think it's worth losing the 22,000% dmg though and rift CD is not a problem now if you control her awakening skill reset properly. Scissors Target has a similar % dmg as Obelisk x3 but it needs a long target to do full dmg, unlike Obelisk. You could try this if you want.
If you want her as a pure DPS that can do tons of damage then Gembliss and Mischief can do that job better. She's a debuffer that doesn't do a lot of damage on small enemies but gradually becomes stronger the bigger your target becomes. Even so, she can't replace a real DPS. I do agree I like her design theme though.

Nice this is hard to find video about Achlys after balance patch ! Do you think she need more buff or she is ok like this ?

I'm playing Elsword again and I fell in love with Achlys, is she worth it?
She's good as a sub dps idk about dps though
