I think Kau Yuk is more akin to a bacon. That's what DtM is tasting. I think you can make it with cured pork strips but I'm not a cook. We went to SK Seafood a couple of weeks ago when we were in town for lunch. The lunch special dishes (11:00AM until 4:30PM) were a couple of dollars off, except for that fried flounder which was almost half off! Really enjoyed it. Tip: don't go right at 3PM because that's when the entire kitchen staff/cooks are eating their lunch and there's no one back there to cook.

Car noises drive me nuts. I bought an 84 Nissan truck brand new. After a few months of driving it made a rattling sound that Nissan called normal. Ill only buy Honda and Toyota now.
The KIA dealer should not have charged you money for checking out the car because your car is under warranty. Having the rattling noise is not normal for brand new car. They need to find out the source of the rattling and fix it for you without charge.😮 By the way, Steve and Tung know where to have the best authentic Chinese foods in Vegas.

60 dollars for that crab!? I missed the time when Canada dumped all these crabs to US last year which costed only 5.99 a pound.
