very rarely as these types of runs aren't really possible to form spontanously. and getting 12 people together in gw1 is quite challenging. There's also a casual skipway variant which gives a bit more leeway

What is the skipway variant ? Is it possible to do with heroes? I have no one to play with

@@elemair9210 I think slipway requires alot of cons and a good understanding of the map, spawns and trigger
Urgoz is still absolutely doable with a good hero team and some patience
