Lina kinda reminds me now that small magican from LoL, who literally use 2 spells and kill you just like. I haven't played lol in ages, but I think he could put some sort of arena with stunning barriers. This is just insane dmg, but that's the players fault for building like linken/bkb/pipe whatever, some extra hp or orchid.
That's Veigar! By the way his old ability used to deal damage based on your and the enemy's ability power. In a way he was also similar to outworld destroyer. That's not longer the case.

I've been spamming lina on mid for the last 2 weeks (doing good actually). Now im not gonna be able to play this HOT hero without getting counter picked or enemy picking her first (and obviously I'm not gonna be able to counter pick her cuz i am a nub).
The other day my electricity went wild and that caused me to be put to play low priority, i got lina and played like this but e-blade didn't even came to mind, I just dagon my way

Why did you take out your mantle and circlet? Is there a trick with it?
It decreases intelligence and strength for a moment which also decreases the total amount of health and mana! then if we consume health and mana from bottles or anything else it gives us more health and mana and would be more efficient!
