- Impossible Climb Andler 2022 was held for the 21th time. This event is continuing to be a dirt bike graveyard. The daredevil bikers on their modified motorcycles are trying to climb the mountain.

the guy that was not attach to a cable was better at stoping the bike from falling, than the two guys attach lol
I think the second guy on the rope, the one that was always dragging behind, was there only to curb the enthusiasm of the first guy.

They rope guys are there to catch the rider not the bike
It would be very dangerous for them to catch the bike, rather focus on the rider.
by the end of the video at least one guy made it to the top, but I had yet to see the bike catchers catch one bike 😂
The two guys attached together were the Keystone Kops of bike catchers. They always seemed surprised when the guy didn't make it to the top. Like the guy would charge by, they'd stand there, the guy would get out of control, they'd stand there, the guy would fall down, they'd stand there, the bike would start sliding down, they'd stand there, the bike would be going by them - "Holy Smokes! Let's start to move!" Repeat ad nauseum...
Watching them was driving me crazy.
They sucked ass

Those 2 dudes hooked on the winch was seriously pissing me off. I totally understand not going for the bikes that are tumbling out of control. But they missed so many bikes that they could have easily stopped from tumbling to the bottom. Id be so pissed off if my bike casually rolled past them and they didnt even try to stop it. They wouldnt even really move off their ledge till the bikes was right across from them

Nah I'm pretty sure if you'd actually participate and be part of that scene you'd appreciate their job and would go in knowing that your bike will be damaged. If it's not that's just a bonus.

They are measuring the distance the rider makes it up the hill, not catching bikes. Why does everyone assume they are there for catching bikes??
I've never seen anyone do this line clean and only one person barely make it all the way out of thousands who've attempted it. What a nasty climb.
Awesome vid! Camera angle doesn't really give you an appreciation of how steep it really is. Much respect for all trying to attempt it...
I'd really love to see a Rokon Trailbreaker tackle this. It couldn't count for competition purposes, but I bet that bike'd make it all the way up. At about five miles an hour, granted.
Everyone did an amazing job but the real mvp is the dude in black shirt with no rope catching some bikes and people

Watch the guy at 7::16. This slight movement of body forward made him make it, nearly all of the competitors failed on lacking forward balance, probably afraid of loosing traction, but it is mostly a false sensation as your weight is still mainly on the pedals. I'm a bit surprised that this sport hasn't evolved as Icelandic Offroad Formula. Purpose built vehicles, powerful engines, special tyres and suspension. Would make it very interesting and requiring lot of skills.
Gotta take the right line and jump that last part, one guy did it , guessing he is one of the best PRO riders in the world.

I think the guys on the ropes main jobs was to make sure that the driver didn’t fall that’s why they almost never caught bike they only tried to stop the bike if they could otherwise they were just there to help the driver
