You can tell his hair has been dyed either way he is adorable. He reminds me alot of my actual dog Sammy. He really had those apricot ears and patches on his face and patches on his body. Simply adorable. I miss you so much Sammy 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭.
But she tottered off a bit. Not safe, owner should have picked the dog up before opening the gate, that looked like a crowded parking lot off a busy road. IMO
