you're right ! that's true , peoples interested in the kittens , but a real cat lover can adopt young or old cat ! I adopted mine "minouche" at just 2 months old ,becasue he was a "present" from a friend , but if my cat was 8 yo or more , no matter about that ! 2.5 years of love with my cat and for sure (i hope!) for EVER , with chance ,when it's time to go , maybe the sky hear me and let us pass away together in same time . I'm so fear about this moment not for me , my cat is an entire part of my self i need him in my life !
I don’t think this is the main reason even if the older cats are cute and adorable but the reason is that if you adopted a kitten they’ll get used to you easier and live more time with you

I prefer cats at least 6 months or older. They seem less frenetic.
