Doesn't skill 3 debuffs lasts for 13 seconds, which is longer than the PUE timer? You shouldn't need to use it during skill 2 spam.

Kyo is way more stronger, even with Saiki buffs.

@@forgonation5984 Who do you recommend to level up first? I got A1 KUSANAGI and could swap a memory from Saiki, or just use a A1 to Saiki instead.

I tried auto and manual mode on A4 UE Kyo
Still would've preferred Xlll Kyo. Looks the same better skills
Summon rate goes more terrible n horrible.... It's nightmare.
