No absolutely not. He does 250 kilo bent over rows for reps, 100kg lat pulldowns for 50 reps a LOT of people can do. But not a lot of people can do his zerchers, front raises or bent over rows. And his cheatcurls obviously

45 years ago, in kavala, a small greek city, was many boys that was strong. dimitris makridis had a gym, small one that all was paying to buy weights. he was 70-75 kilos but he bench 230 kilosx3-5 reps squat 280 kilos3-5 reps and dead lift 330 kilos. he motivate many in times that was no money no machines no drugs. kyriakos was going to the gym of one of the best students of dimitris. many of his students even are near 70 and not train regularly can still bench 170-180 kilos. i am 70, i was visiting the gym 3 times in a month did not train hard. now i start some training and old memories work. i bench 20 sets x 15 reps 90 kilos every 2 day and i realize how good was the program we use old times

The 6×130 kg muscle snatch is also legit insane. Google Lasha muscle snatch, you'll find him doing a single from the floor at 150, the weight moves very similar. Lasha is the all time record holder open class weightlifter. It's a standard exercise for weightlifters. Kyriakos is putting up similar numbers in his 50s.
