    I’m 2 years late, and watching this video early at 27 weeks 😭 but thank you so much for this info. I’ve got everything ready, but it’s so nice to see someone else packing while I do. Really helps. I’m glad everything went well! Xx

    I really wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so open and honest in this video. It was so helpful xx I'm almost 34 weeks pregnant now and am just halfway through my shopping so I decided to watch a video instead of panicking and your video calmed my anxiety so much! God bless you and your beautiful family 😘

    My first child was born in the evening so I stayed the night at the hospital. My second child was born early in the morning so I went home 4hours after delivery. And I'm about to have my 3rd baby, but it has already been planned for us to spend 3 days in the hospital because I live rural and it's an hour to the hospital, so this time we live a little too far from the hospital. I've always had good birth experiences and I'm "textbook" apparently so there are no complications expected but it's nice to have the option, especially with 2 kids at home

    • @soniaarmstrong9249
      @soniaarmstrong9249  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can never be too prepared. The stuff is from a bunch of places. Most of the casual clothes were from Kmart as well as the slippers, they have the best lounge wear super soft and stretchy. Some of the baby clothes are bonds and the big robe is from Peter Alexandra. And a few things are from Priceline like my cosmetics and the pads. I recommend going to best and less they have everything and it's super affordable. The baby clothes there are very cute and as low as $4 for a romper . 😍😍

I have been following your journey from the start 💕 when I brought my babies home - I brought them home in a special white outfit and I have put them away and will give them to them when they are older and they can use them for their babies (if they wish lol ) just something so pure and special seeing a newborn in white 🤍 Also I recommend pads with wings lol - maternity pads are huge so perfect for the whole situation down there lol Anyway all the best and can’t wait to see photos and a video of your princess 💕

      @@soniaarmstrong9249 I actually leaked a small gush of water yesterday. I did an emergency checkup at a hospital. Then this morning I leaked more water so my Gynecologist called me back.
      She did an ultrasound n various blood tests n vaginal fluid swab tests to check the fluid.
      She said there is discharge and it could be amniotic fluid or could be something else. But she said losing fluid is dangerous for the baby as well as the mother.
      So she gave me an injection and various medicines including antibiotics and antifungul meds for 10 days. She said it would be normal procedure to admit me for a few days but considering the current covid Situation its better to follow all procedure at home. And to follow 10 day bed rest at home, I just need to be lying down 24/7. I can't even sit upright. I'm just so sad that first I had a subchrionic hemorrhage at 7weeks n now this!

    I love these videos as it reminds me soooo much of me hahaha but I packed way less than you and even then didn't use half the stuff I packed. Did you use most of it? I live in qld Australia and the hospital here provides you with most of everything you need and tell you not to use yours. I had my son in a public hospital and they provided nappies and wipes, even pads ect. And i commend you ladies that do you hair and make-up. I went it at 5.30pm with my hair in a bun and no make-up and I honestly couldn't have been bothered anyway. Hope it all went/goes well for you 😘😘

      I was out of the hospital 4 hrs after I gave birth so I literally used nothing. Just some clothes cause I showered. And I gave birth in Victoria at a public hospital as well but they don't provide anything and I was told to bring everything including nappies and pads. Also I looked terrible. I was labouring in the shower at home but then needed to go hospital so I jumped out of the shower and changed into shit clothes and went in with wet hair :/ but I'm lucky i had the best birth ever. And im going to do a home birth for my next for sure. Check out my birth story video for all the details, it was text booo perfect and bubs is now 4 months already

      Id love a home birth but it scares me to much as at the start of my labour with my son not long after I got to the hospital his heart rate dropped dramatically! They were rushing me off for a c-section but then it started to come back up and thank god the rest of my labour went perfectly! 😍 I think ill go to hospital again next time but definitely a few things id like to do different next time. I really wanted a water birth but because I moved towns during my pregnancy I missed out on being able to have one where I am now. I still don't think ill have my hair and make-up done next time either hahaha. Glad everything went so well for you and good luck with your next 😊😊
