I think putting the bars into the coping concrete is the best and avoid planting trees close to the walls too. Always request for the 8 lines and avoid the 6 lines. Don't forget regular maintenance at least once a year.

The Graffiato offers more protection than the regular paint... it's protection is far greater,.. ot doesn't wear of easily.. it stops dumbs from rising, moulds etc etc...
