For those who are panicing when you see you only have one barrack and you wanna upgrade it, do it. You will only get an increased training time when your only barrack is upgrading.
If only I knew this before I came back. I've quit since 2017 with a barely upgraded th 9 base and when I came back just October last year, it's been almost maxed out. I came back because of that self upgrade while your gone feature and was curious as to what my base looked like and got the mood to play the game. Currently just turned th 11!

@@besibs9726 get the pass, its value only gets better the higher you go. The speed up is ridiculous, f2p it can take 9 months to max th12, but with the pass it is almost halved
Haven’t played since 2015 and I was near maxed TH9. I believe Titan and Legends League had just come out… I missed the days where it was just Champion at 3200+. Anyways seems like this is an entire new game from what I remember seeing that 90%+ of the game has changed lol.

I quit the game in 2019 and came back in 2022 and I was so so surprised by how things was changed, costs, time, no resources to train troops, lower cost on walls I was so shocked I was in the start of th11 and in a matter of time I was maxed out and now I'm a th12 , the game became more greater

My TH9 is almost maxed out, I think from auto-upgrades from being away so long.. Great video to get me mostly caught up. Lots to learn again.

Yeah, most people I used to play with back in 2016-2017 are inactive too now. It's a lil sad to look at their base and remember them. My entire socials list is filled with leagueless players.

We became so close we would often hang out together but then slowly things decayed and just like everyone else i also stopped playing for 4 years. Now that i came back,i kinda overwhelmed with how the game has been changed. With so many changes it's hard to keep up. I left it in early 2019,i remember i used to give advice to a player who was Th8 at that time and now he's Th14 maxed,wayyyyyy ahead of me. These kinda kills motivation for returning players

Fun fact: if you time when the builder finishes a building and then you make him build another building like instantly he’ll teleport to it. Like you have to time it perfectly. It’s easy to do on obstacles. That’s how I learned and found out. I was like wait what?

And again i deleted the game. when i backed to it after one year i thought i upgraded all things before i deleted it ,i had no idea about auto upgrading thing until now

I wish I had found this 4 weeks ago. I JUST got my base back and it was an emotional Rollercoaster since I had basically lost my account the update when the Royal Champion came out (something in the game made it to where I just couldn't open the app for more than 4 seconds). A lot had changed and I will say this still helped and I'm just getting back into my old flow again. Thanks for making this and helping me with some things that I didn't really fully understand.

05:09 They literally destroyed COC, back in the day it requires a lot of strategy in the game in choosing troops but after this a player can just free play and rush. I was a TH 7 player and my army used to cost around 150,000 elixir. With such an expensive army and less storage in elixir collector, the only option a player has is WINNING 😤
I left the game somewhere between TH11 and TH12 updates. I just tuned into my account (TH8) and couldn't grasp the fact that not only almost all my buildings were maxed thanks to the "after 90 days, we upgrade your base for you" rule, but more importantly that troops are free now.

Just downloaded back this game yesterday night, I don't think I've played since freshman yr of high school (2015) and I left at Town Hall 9. There's so much new stuff its overwhelming lol
I started playing the game in 2014, played 2 years, then quit playing it until 2020. In 2020 I was still th10 and played for several months and didnt like the changes tbh, there were no aceneries, second village was so complex to progress and things still cost a lot of money/time..and this year I came back again, been playing for 4 months, i like the changes and last uodate to the second village made the game super perfect, I can train my army in one click, capitals are also cool
I started Coc in 2017 right before the Builder Base update and kept playing until few months after the TH12 update came out. 2019 was the last time I logged in. However I returned back in July of 2023. And I got the "Who are you?" screen
I left a long time ago. I remember the builder base was recently released when I left. I came back at the start of the year finding my th8 base upgraded to almost max and I can say the game has changed a lot but is still the same.

They stopped playing, and i didn't have as much time to play because i was playing Vainglory. I just came back about 2 months ago. Clash is 80% easier to play with no troop cost and magic items. Also, i started a 3rd account, and Th9 is so quick that the time to upgrade is so short. Anyway thinks again for the video.
I left Clash of Clans at 2017. It was the golden era of General Tony I believe and everyone at my town was so fascinated by the game. Unfortunately, I stopped playing the game for some very weird reason, but now lately I tried to go back to that old account. (It was town hall 7). After the loss of one of my greatest joys, I started rushing to town hall 9 to get the beloved queen which everyone used to flex to me and I have to say, Im very sattisfied with the progress the game has done. Also, one thing I noticed is that there is this "Royal Champion" I have seen from higher level players, I she that any good to use and if so, I want to hear the cons too.
@@awesomekingakathe66bro36 Oohhhh, is that because of the glass cannon ? She literally has no health but deals so much continuous damage... I've seen from youtubers that the royal champion when she does her skill, she throws her shield and hits many targets, just like the electro dragons.

Edrag chain targets the buildings right next to the one it’s attacking (and they have to be within I think a 2 or 3 tile range). Royal champion ability targets the defenses left on the board and only even goes for other buildings if their taken out. The tile range is infinite as well for I think 4 or 5 targets
Are the players you’re getting matched up with multiple th’s lower than you? If so (which is very likely seeing as you drop a crap ton when you go inactive), that’s why.

I believe the key to this game is to take the journey of upgrading lightly,play it once in every other day,like casual raider and only serious with clan wars. In that way,you'll not be affected with the grind. It's only when you put in more effort that at some point you feel like the game had become repetitive and couldn't keep up with the grind you loose interest with burnouts. I believe for players who used to be active maxed player (of their respective Th),if inactive for 4-6 month,supercell should max out their base to 2/3 Th levels,only then people will be motivated to be active again

I used to be a th10 when there was just 11 town halls, then th12 came and i stopped playing. Im back now and there are like 2 new heroes, all of them have abilities, th go up to like 16 or 18 or some shit like that, builder village has a builder village of itself, theres a helper to the builder, and like 100 things i still have no idea what are for. Hope this video helps lol. Btw, did they decrease upgrade times? I remember it took me like a week to upgrade anything and now i just went to th11 and things arent taking as long as i thought they would

So many OG things have been changed or removed but the thing which pisses me off is that you don’t need elixir for training troops, like bro, you needed to grind you ass off for that ONE PEKKA and it was fun as well, it made the game cometetive as well.
You are right but people forced Supercell for years Supercell can do nothing so they ended up adding that But yeah in th 15 there is grinding Like soo much So if you have a rushed account push it to th 15 and max it it takes lots f loot and time

Returned a week ago to coc. It has never been so confusing, chaotic and fun playing coc. I stop when th9 was the max town hall.

by the way, you can get troops to your clan castle by raid medals
I believe the key to this game is to take the journey of upgrading lightly,play it once in every other day,like casual raider and only serious with clan wars. In that way,you'll not be affected with the grind.
It's only when you put in more effort that at some point you feel like the game had become repetitive and couldn't keep up with the grind you loose interest with burnouts.
I believe for players who used to be active maxed player (of their respective Th),if inactive for 4-6 month,supercell should max out their base to 2/3 Th levels,only then people will be motivated to be active again

Lab cc storages army camps basically any offensive building make it better lol and uptrend the troops you use asap
I used to be a th10 when there was just 11 town halls, then th12 came and i stopped playing. Im back now and there are like 2 new heroes, all of them have abilities, th go up to like 16 or 18 or some shit like that, builder village has a builder village of itself, theres a helper to the builder, and like 100 things i still have no idea what are for. Hope this video helps lol.
Btw, did they decrease upgrade times? I remember it took me like a week to upgrade anything and now i just went to th11 and things arent taking as long as i thought they would

So many OG things have been changed or removed but the thing which pisses me off is that you don’t need elixir for training troops, like bro, you needed to grind you ass off for that ONE PEKKA and it was fun as well, it made the game cometetive as well.
You are right but people forced Supercell for years
Supercell can do nothing so they ended up adding that
But yeah in th 15 there is grinding
Like soo much
So if you have a rushed account push it to th 15 and max it it takes lots f loot and time
