Most excellent question, thank you for asking. The smallest I can build currently in this phase is 1705 sq ft. It would be in the mid 370s. That price would leave room for a few options even though Monarch homes come well loaded 😊👍 I can also add a 3 car garage to this model if you need a large garage on a small home

Great question, thank you for asking. Property tax here is just over 1%. A home like that you'll be paying around 5k per year. If your over a certain age or are military I would encourage you to visit the Dona ana county assessor's website 😊👍there are waivers and discounts available
